Don't forget to put your results in promptly
As it says on the bottom of the fixture sheets for the KO, KP and Ladies 6-a-side games you must send a pink card to Jim (Results coordinator) within 72 hours of the end of the game. You should also ring or email Mary (Cup Secretary) within 72 hours of the end of the game. Failure to comply will mean disqualification from the competition as per Rule 18.
For all other cup games its the responsibility of the Winner (individual or team) to get your results to Mary within 72 hours of the end of the game, failure to comply will mean disqualification from the competition as per Rule 18.
Remember: its better to put too many results in than not enough as you may find you are disappointed in future rounds when you turn up and you're not allowed to play.
